Research topics

 

In the field of radiobiology, his research focuses on the study of the biological effects induced by ionizing radiation and different microgravity conditions, also in combination with radiosensitizing and radioprotective molecules, within the framework of personalized medicine. Within his multidisciplinary research group, he coordinates radiobiology activities using a proteogenomic approach to evaluate the response of tumor and healthy tissues through cellular and molecular biology methods, in both in vitro and in vivo models.
